DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING The villa (1,800 sqm – 19,368 sqft, 9 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms) is structured on four floors in total, all connected by an elevator which therefore allows easy access to the various sections of the villa. The style of the villa is classic in lines, with very high quality finishes. On the ground floor is the living area, with large windows that lead directly onto the garden and the pool. Among the other places we find studios and several secondary rooms. Also on the ground floor is the large kitchen, with finishes on par with the rest of the building. Leaving the kitchen, we find a dining room and a dinette. The floor is completed by some service rooms (wardrobe, pantry). On the first floor are the five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, wardrobes and study areas. The bathrooms are furnished with extreme care, while the large surfaces make the rooms extremely comfortable. The attic floor offers a covered terrace that can be used in all seasons and allows guests to be accommodated here instead of the dining room on the ground floor.
